Alex's Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breast fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped green olives (pimentos okay)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup mayo (reduced fat recommended)

Tenderize chicken and coat with olive oil, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Grill till done, then refrigerate at least 1 hour. Fine dice chilled chicken, and mix with rest of ingredients. It's simple, innovative and most of all DELICIOUS! Enjoy.
