APPLE TART
INGREDIENTS:
7" Cooked sweet pastry case
2oz margarine
2oz sugar
1 very large cooking apple
1 beaten egg
Melt the margarine in a saucepan, stir in the sugar. Take off the heat and stir in the grated apple and egg put into the pastry case, cook for 20 minutes or until set
