Baked cheese potato skins
INGREDIENTS:
(Use potato skins by cutting potatoes length wise, cut pulp out and leave
a little potato on skins.
squeeze oleo on each skin just to lightly cover. Bake at 350 till brown
and crispy.
Remove, add cheddar cheese and bacon bits. return to oven till melted.
Great appetizer or with a meal.
