Butterscotch Cake


INGREDIENTS:

2 eggs
2 c milk
1 small box butterscotch pudding
1 yellow cake mix
1/2 c oil
6 oz butterscotch chips

Beat 2 eggs and add to pudding mix and milk, as directed on pudding box. Let pudding cool. Add cooled pudding to yellow cake mix. Add oil, Beat as directed on cake box. Put mixture in greased and floured 13 X 9 pan, Sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Bake at 350 degrees until done by testing with a toothpick, approximately 40 minutes.
