Cheese Cupcakes


INGREDIENTS:

Blend:
3 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
1 c sugar

Add:
5 eggs
2 T vanilla
Beat 3 to 4 minutes.

Fill cupcake papers 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake 40 minutes at 300 degrees. Batter does not brown, except slightly at edges. Remove from oven. Cool 5 minutes. Centers will drop slightly.

Stir:
1 c sour cream
1/4 c sugar
1T vanilla

Fill centers of cupcakes with 1 T sour cream mixture. Top with 1 T cherry pie filling. Put back in oven for 5 minutes. Serve cold.
