Cheese Souffle
INGREDIENTS:
8 Slices white bread (broken into bits)
8 to 10 oz. Sharp cheese (grated)
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
Grease a casserole dish with margarine. Layer bread and cheese (alternating) start with bread and ending with cheese. Should have about 4 layers. In separate bowl, beat eggs, add milk and melted margarine and salt. Pour over bread and cheese. Cover and put in the refrigerator over night, or at least for 3 hours. Preheat over to 350 and bake for 1 hour.
