Cherry Nut Dessert


INGREDIENTS:

1 package Pillsbury Nut Bread Mix
1/3 cup of margarine or butter, softened
1 egg
21 ounce can of Cherry Pie Filling
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 1/2 cup of coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass). Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine the first three ingredients; stir until crumbly. Press into pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Spoon pie filling over the crust; spreading evenly. Pour condensed milk over top of the pie filling; sprinkle with coconut. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes more or until golden brown on top. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
