Chocolate Glaze

Combine 1 (6 ounce) package of Nestlé's chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon shortening in a double boiler until thoroughly melted and stirring constantly. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Pour evenly over the top of the white frosting already on the brownies. Keep the brownies refrigerated until ready to use. You can use your favorite brownie mix if you do not want to make brownies from scratch. If You prefer, you may use another liquor such as scotch, bourbon or rum instead of the amaretto. I have used all of the others, but I prefer the amaretto.
