Confetti Holiday Fudge
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups sugar
1 can Milnot or 1 cup half & half
1 cup butter
1/2 cup white syrup
1/2 cup marshmallow crème
2 Tsps white vanilla
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup red cherries
Cook together 4 cups sugar, 1 can Milnot or half & half, 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup white syrup, pinch of salt. Cook at 240 degrees stirring constantly. Set in pan of ice water until lukewarm. Add 1/2 cup marshmallow crème, 2 Tsps. of white vanilla, 1/2 cups nuts. Beat until it's shine is gone. Add 1/2 cup chopped red cherries. Pour into buttered 9 x 9 pan. Cut when firm.
