Corn Souffle
INGREDIENTS:
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Mix together
Add 8 ounce carton sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream corn
4 eggs
Mix all of the above together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
