Egg Breakfast Burritos


INGREDIENTS:

3 large eggs
1 Tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon minced bell pepper
1 pinch chili powder
1 slice ham and cheese loaf, shredded
2 slices shredded cheese
2 sausage patties, cooked and shredded
2 or 3 flour tortillas

In large bowl, mix eggs, milk, chili powder, onion and bell pepper. Pour into large warm skillet with a teaspoon of hot oil. Add cheese, sausage and lunch meat and scramble together. Divide into 2 or 3 portions and place on warm tortillas. Tuck ends and roll. Serves one person. For more than one serving - add one egg and 1/2 of each other ingredient for each extra person.
