Elizabeth's Crescent Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
Mix together:
1 cup of butter
1 (12 ounce) carton of small curd cottage cheese
Add:
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
This will make a stiff dough. Refrigerate over night or at least 4 hours. Divide the dough in 4ths and roll out on a floured board in a circle. Cut into triangle shaped pieces and roll from wide end to the small end. Bake on a greased sheet for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Frost with powdered sugar frosting when cool.
