Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS:
3 Eggs
1/2 pkg. Ham
1/3 pkg. Peas
2 Green Onions
5 bowls Cooked rice
4 tablespoons Cooked oil
5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
Place the eggs in a bowl and beat together. Chop the ham and green onion into small pieces. Fry the chopped green onion in cooked oil for about 10 seconds. Now put in the beaten egg making a small egg pancake and chop into small pieces with spatula. Put in chopped ham and fry for 10 seconds. Put in peas and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the cooked rice until heated thoroughly. Add Soy Sauce and stir well. Serve on platter.
