Funnel Cakes


INGREDIENTS:

2 Cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 Cups Milk
Powdered Sugar


In a bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add milk and eggs. Heat deep fryer to 400 degrees. Pour batter through a funnel into the deep fryer using a circular motion. Then crisscross to make one funnel cake. Do not use to much batter at one time, watching to see how it will rise in your deep fryer. Fry until golden brown and remove from fryer. Drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with the powdered sugar while warm.
