Judy's Mandarin Orange Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1 yellow cake mix
1 small can mandarin oranges (add juice, also)
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 teaspoon real lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat together; grease oblong pan and bake as instructions indicate on cake box. Bake at 350 degrees.
ICING
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 large container of Cool Whip
Mix together, let stand until cold then put on cake.
