Karen's Vegetable Soup
INGREDIENTS:
2lbs. beef
2 14.5 oz. cans of beef broth
1 large onion - diced
1 T. season salt
2 tps. garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a stock pot. Add 3 cups of water. Simmer for about 3 hours.
Add the following to pot:
1 15.25 can corn
1 15.25 can peas
1 15.25 can black beans
1 15.25 can lima beans
1 bag carrots - chopped
3 cans (5.5 oz. each) V8 Spicy & Hot Vegetable Juice
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer until carrots are tender and serve.
