Liver Dip
INGREDIENTS:
1 large package of liver sausage
1 small onion
1 large package of cream cheese
garlic powder to taste (I prefer about a tablespoon)
Soften both the liver sausage and the cream cheese at room temp.
chop the onion very finely.
Mix all the ingredients together, let it chill for about 1/2 hour.
Then serve with crackers.
