Magic Pumpkin Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 unbaked 9-inck pastry shell
2 C, (16-oz, can) canned pumpkin
1 can Eagle ( brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
In a large bowl. blend together all ingredients. Turn into shell. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool! refrigerate at least 1 hour.
