Marshmallow Cream Fudge


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 (12 ounce) package of Nestlé's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Place butter in a 9 inch square dish. Heat in microwave oven on full power for 1 minute, or until melted. Blend in sugar, and evaporated milk; mix well. Cook in microwave oven on medium high for 8 to 10 minutes, or until soft ball stage. Stir mixture twice during cooking time. Blend in chocolate pieces, marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Stir until smooth. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Store in air tight container.
