Mary French Toast


INGREDIENTS:

Three eggs
1 1/2 pieces of bread

Wire wisk the eggs as long as you can stand it. Put eggs in a shallow bowl. Soak bread about a minute on each side to soak up all of the egg mix. The toast will rise to about an inch high when you cook them in a frypan. Cook about three minutes on each side on medium low heat. You have to pierce the toast before serving to make sure they are cooked through.
