Meat Pie Roma


INGREDIENTS:

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup of green peppers, chopped
1 package spaghetti sauce mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 cup of water
1 (8 oz.) tube biscuits
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 (6 oz.) package mozzarella cheese slices
Brown and drain ground beef. Add green peppers and cook until tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Line a greased 9 inch pie pan with biscuits. Sprinkle parmesan cheese. Fill with layers of meat mixture and slices of mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
