Mom's Chili
INGREDIENTS:
3 lb. ground meat
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon salt
2 large onions
4 bay leaves
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon red pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
Fry meat until done. Drain, add onions to meat and 3 1/2 cups water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add other ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Remove bay leaves. You can add 3 cans chili beans at the last.
