Papaya Nectarine


INGREDIENTS:

1 (1-lb) ripe,papaya, peeled, seeded, cut into chunks
1 ripe medium necterine, pitted, cute into chunks
1 (6-oz) container low-fat passion-fruit yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup mango nectar
1 Tbsp honey

Add ingredients to blender, and buzz.

Makes 2 servings, Per serving:
234 calories, 6 g protein,
53 g carbohydrate, 2 g fat,
4 mg cholesterol, 63 g sodium.
