Pineapple Berry


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 ripe medium banana, peeled, cut into chunks
4 large strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup sweetened cream of coconut
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 cup ice cubes

Add ingredients to blender, and buzz.

Makes 2 servings, Per serving:
285 calories, 4 g protein,
42 g carbohydrate, 14 g fat,
0 mg cholesterol, 40 g sodium.
