Pumpkin Cheese Pie


INGREDIENTS:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 cup canned or fresh pumpkin
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
unbaked 8-in. pastry shell

Beat the cream cheese with the sugar, spices, and salt. Add eggs. one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in pumpkin, milk, and vanilla. Pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Chili. Serve with whipped cream.
