Pumpkin Dessert
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 slightly beaten egg
1 box yellow cake mix reserving one cup dry mix for topping)
Mix and press into a 9 x 13 " pan.
Filling:
1 can pumpkin mix (1 lb. 14 oz. size can)
2 slightly beaten eggs
2/3 cup milk
Mix and pour over crust.
Topping:
1 cup reserved yellow cake mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter.
Mix and sprinkle over filling.
Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1- 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted in center comes back clean. Serve warm with whipped topping or
vanilla ice cream. People that are not pumpkin pie eaters rave about this dessert.
