Sandy's Sweet Oat Cornbread
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
2 cups milk
2 cups Bisquick
1 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 cups quick oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
In a large bowl, beat together sugar, butter and egg. Add milk - stir in bisquick, corn meal
and baking powder until mixed well. Batter will be runny. Pour into a greased and
floured 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
