Spicy Vegetable Dip
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Mayonnaise
2 cups Small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup Onion -- grated
1/2 teaspoon Salt
10 milliliters Garlic -- finely minced
1/2 teaspoon Celery salt
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Vegetables; i.e., mushrooms -- turnips, green pepper
kohlrabi -- etc.
Mix ingredients. Chill several hours before serving for best results. Serve with fresh vegetables.
