Sweet & Sour Meatballs


INGREDIENTS:

2 Ibs. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 onion, grated
1/2 C bread crumbs, Salt to taste
1/2 C chopped nuts Butter

Mix all ingredients for meatballs and shape into tiny meatballs. Brown gently in butter in frying pan.

SAUCE:
1 12-oz. bottle chill sauce
1 10-oz. large grape ]elly
Juice of one lemon

Simmer all the sauce ingredients until thoroughly blended. Add meatballs and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Keep at low heat for buffet or cocktail serving. Serve in chafing dish or fondue pot. Extra Tip: Make day before serving and let meatballs marinate in sauce overnight in refrigerator.
