Taco Dip
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 15 oz. can of refried beans
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Brown the meat and drain off the grease. Add remaining ingredients. Heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie pan. Spread 1 small container of sour cream on top. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the top of mixture. Serve with the large dipping Fritos.
