Tomato Soup


INGREDIENTS:

1 qt. chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 carrot (large)
1 red Mango pepper (not hot)
* salt and pepper to taste

Remove seed from pepper, peel onion and carrot, simmer until soft, drain water off vegetables before pressing through sieve. Press through sieve, set aside, cook tomatoes until soft, drain, press through sieve, add to other vegetables, add salt and pepper, bring to boiling point and serve.
