Tropical Berry Smoothies


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup frozen red raspberries
2 cups frozen blackberries
1/2 cup kiwi (peeled and cubed)
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup banana slices
1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt


Mix all above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Serving size = two servings at 24 ounces each.
